Jason Parry, the Director and Project Manager, has over 38 years’ experience in the flooring industry. He started his flooring apprenticeship in Auckland and worked on large commercial projects, including the Television New Zealand Studios and the Auckland Airport.
Jason has since run his own company for over 25 years. Jason’s expertise lies in project management. He can quantify plans and price large tenders. This means he has the knowledge to run a team of installers to get large projects completed on time and under strict deadlines.
Our business is based on outstanding reputation and achieving completion date timelines. We pride ourselves on getting it done on time and to a high standard.

Sarah Parry, the Creative Director of Testament Interiors, is a passionate interior designer and right-sizing expert based in Tauranga, New Zealand. She launched Testament Interiors in 2023 to share her incredible creative skills.
Sarah has a Diploma in Fashion Design as well as a Diploma in Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute. She has worked in the building industry for more than 25 years.
With fresh eyes for interior design and the extensive flooring experience she has gained over the years co-owning Complete Floor Services, she expertly takes care of the interiors for both residential and commercial clients.

We specialise in various carpet, vinyl and wood installations for residential and commercial projects.
We supply and install all new carpet widths. These can be installed either with smooth edge and underlay or can be directly stuck.
These are often put into commercial premises due to their ability to be repaired more easily and require good floor preparation. They must be glued down.
We supply and install both domestic and commercial vinyl in 2m,3m or 4m widths. Commercial vinyl requires Thermo weld to join seams.
These products are glued down and require very good floor preparation to give them a great finish. In high sun areas, these require hard set glue to prevent lifting of tiles.
We supply and install both engineered timber and laminate floors. Wood floors can be either glued or floating depending on the finish you require. Laminate floors are usually left floating but require a thin underlay. If timber is to be glued to the floor, then a moisture barrier is required as per the manufactures and Industry standard.
This is done to even out old floors and improve the difference between old and new floors. Ramping can be done to help achieve this also.
This is a Floor NZ standard required on all tongue and groove floors that will have either sheet vinyl or vinyl planks installed. Particleboard floors require this too. Where old Asbestos vinyl has been installed, we cannot remove or grind the floor. This would require overlay over the top of it to prevent the particles from becoming airborne.
This is required on all floor installations depending on what is being taken up and what product is going to be put back down. Jason will need to do a site visit to view the floor, and this will depend on whether it is a wood or concrete substrate floor.
We also can supply and cover the floors with floor protector. This is often done on large projects to protect the floor while other tradespeople are still on a site.
